Welcome to Our Club Medinah Country Club is one of the top golfing facilities in the world. Our goal is to be the best, without question. A high priority is our team concept to managing. We pride ourselves that our entire staff is inter- changeable across all 3 courses.  You may move from course to course at any time. This approach keeps our team well prepared for anything. Learn about our managers below.

Mitch Linnerud - Course 1 & 2 Assistant

I got my start at Maple Bluff Country Club when I was in high school. Recently, I was an intern at National Golf Links of America.  I started at Medinah in January 2019. The culture at Medinah is like no other and I am glad to be apart of it.

Brian Bressler - Mechanic

I have success in providing well-maintained equipment to support various high-level programs like The University of Notre Dame, Golf Club at Harbore Shores, and Victoria National.

The thing I like most about this industry is the relationships I have formed at the various clubs I have worked at, and the pure satisfaction that comes along with being able to see your work on display everyday.

Before coming to Medinah, I worked at Pinecrest Golf Club. This industry keeps me challenged because no day is ever the same and you must continually adjust and learn from each season.

I believe that each person can add value, regardless of his or her role. Since I began my career as a superintendent, over 60 turfgrass interns have become part of our family and the most successful chose to contribute something positive to our operation.

 

I believe you, too, can choose to make a positive difference through hard work, a great attitude, a cooperative spirit, a willingness to participate and by respecting others. you will be given the opportunity to succeed… and we hope you take it.
